We make the interconnected digital economy of the future a reality by making real-world data universally usable within and between organisations.

Manufacturing companies use our unique software solution, the Cybus Connectware, to implement their diverse Smart Factory Use Cases with any machine and any application. Thanks to state-of-the-art data management, they retain full control over their production data as a new digital asset. At the same time, service providers such as machine builders use the software as a secure gateway at their customers, so they can concentrate on their digital applications and services.

Your role

You play an important role in our pre-sales and sales activities. You analyse the market, contact new customers at events, trade fairs and via direct channels such as telephone and e-mail. You identify the challenges of new and existing customers in the course of digitization and convince them of our solutions. Together with your sales colleagues and the management you will identify sales potentials and work on the sales process. In addition, you will look after customers even after the first deal and be a proactive contact at eye level who manages to bind his customers closely to him.

Your tasks

  • Sovereign sale of our vision and our products on the phone and with customers on site.
  • Planning and execution of the sales process in close coordination with the team including the management.
  • Participation in trade fairs, events and other presentation opportunities.
  • Carrying out market analyses and evaluations for strategic planning.
  • Research, identification and proactive approach of potential customers and partners.
  • Preparation and creation of sales and business development materials.
  • Co-creation of Cybus and the upcoming growth.

You ideally

  • Are a strong communicator and possess good presentation skills and have a good sense asking for the right questions at the right time.
  • Are able to listen actively and develop creative solutions.
  • Are persist and have no hesitation to call prospects.
  • Have a degree in industrial engineering, business information technology or have similar education.
  • Have a strong experience in software sales, manufacturing or consulting.
  • Have a structured and independent way of working – meaning you like to take things into your own hands.
  • Have the desire to work with a talented team.
  • Are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Live on customer success and OEE is not a foreign word to you.
