What we do

With today’s diverse manufacturing and climate change, we are challenging how the manufacturing industry can use less resources and energy and produce less waste in the future. Cybus addresses these requirements with its Connectware software product. Cybus Connectware enables efficient and intelligent production processes in factories by connecting different types of machines, consolidating different data sets and providing the data e.g. visualization or analysis purposes. In this way, OT (Operational Technology) and IT are connected, enabling factories to act intelligently and resource-consciously.

About the role

Position and tasks

As a Sales Development Representative (gn) you work proactively, identify sales opportunities and generate leads for our sales team. With your entrepreneurial spirit and your results-oriented way of working, you will drive our company forward.

  • You are responsible for the pre-qualification of inbound leads as well as the prospecting and hunting of new leads.
  • You use various outbound measures, such as e-mail or LinkedIn, to get in touch with potential customers.
  • You work closely with colleagues in Partner Management, Strategic Initiatives, Marketing and Customer Success.
  • You support and accompany the entire sales cycle from the initial contact to the conclusion of the contract.
  • You ensure a complete data situation and keep the customer information and activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up to date.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills

  • You already have experience in sales and ideally also in the software industry.
  • You are motivated, open to new challenges and enjoy networking to make new business contacts.
  • You have the resilience and perseverance to succeed in this dynamic environment.
  • You are self-confident, communicative and know how to convince others of our product.
  • You communicate professionally and effectlively in both German and English (min. C1 level).
