He will lead the company alongside co-founder and current co-CEO Peter Sorowka. Under the new dual leadership structure, Sorowka will continue to oversee technology, products and vision, and Schwab will focus on commercial scaling and growth.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Schwab spent over 20 years at Siemens AG, where he managed businesses throughout the corporate lifecycle, including turnarounds, scaling up, transformations and greenfield projects. He led units with a wide variety of business models \u2013 including hardware, project-based, SaaS and partner-based \u2013 from early-stage IoT businesses to established operations with over $100 million in revenue, always with the goal of generating recurring, scalable revenue.
