Save the date: What The Data!? Hackathon September 15th – 17th in Hamburg

Taking our What The Data!? hackathon to the next level!

We are back at the Technology Centre Energy-Campus Hamburg (also referred to as the Silicon Valley of Renewable Energy” in Hamburg). Only this time, there are twice as many participants, more machines, devices and equipment – like the brand-new wind farm Curslack – and even more data points.

What The Data!? is special: the power facilities of the HAW Hamburg‘s „Energy-Campus“ deliver huge volumes of data. Tomorrow‘s business models are based on the comprehensive availability of live data across different entities and sectors as well as on the intelligent processing of facilities. In a real environment, with facilities in operation, participants come together to develop new ideas and build first solutions for data-driven use cases.

Key Facts

Update: We are happy to share with you that TenneT, a leading European electricity transmission system operator (TSO), has decided to back us up and be our main partner at the event!

We are excited about the use cases and challenges that will be brought to our event by TenneT. Energy distribution is one of the key topics when it comes to digital transformation and is driven by data and innovative approaches.

You have something to contribute? Then join the hackathon and share your talent with the world!
