HR Manager & Recruiter (all genders)

Our team of more than 20 people consists of most innovative developers, highly experienced integration specialists and industry experts. To complement our expert team and to get the most out of our rapid growth, we are searching for an experienced and forward thinking HR Manager & Recruiter (all genders)

 The position is available immediately. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Your role...

  • You execute the entire recruitment process with passion and precision, delivering not only an exceptional candidate experience but also ensuring that our open positions are filled with the best possible candidates
  • You actively search new candidates with developing and implementing new recruiting channels
  • You’re confident and skilled in applicants negotiation and taking over full responsibility for HR budget planning
  • As HR Manager you serve as trustworthy contact person for our fellow colleagues and reliably handle general HR topics
  • You’re proficient in personnel administration, contract management and on- as well as off-boarding processes in a highly conscientious and efficient manner
  • You ensure that our team is happy to work at Cybus and you support their well-being through individually initiated HR projects, such as enabling training and support opportunities, development measures, feedback interviews or regular team events
  • You improve existing HR routines and shape your role through establishing new and optimized processes and measures
  • You globally own people operations processes and are the first point of contact for our team
  • You are highly motivated to drive forward our corporate culture and to lead employer branding measures together with the marketing team

What you should know...

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably with personnel responsibility
  • In the past, you have worked collaboratively with executives and supervisors from different areas, such as Finance, Marketing, Development or Integration 
  • Excellent English skills and very good knowledge of German 
  • Very good skills of common office software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Kenjo) and communication tools
  • While working in a structured manner, you always keep an eye on the big picture without losing sight of the details
  • You are driven to make a difference. Results drive you forward. You take responsibility for your tasks – from start to finish
  • You have the ability to build trust-based relationships with employees, stakeholders and candidates
