Since 2015 Cybus’ Team has been steadily growing to over 30 people with the unifying mission to push innovation in the manufacturing industry. What we do
In a nutshell: Cybus’ Industrial IoT software product Connectware is an on-premise solution that provides a communication layer enabling our customers in the manufacturing industry to connect their machines and make smart factories a reality.

About the role as
Senior UX / UI Designer (gn)
Position and tasks
As Senior UX / UI Designer (gn), you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly designs for our IIoT software solution for industrial clients based on qualitative research on our B2B users.
- Designing the user interface and user experience of our software solutions for industrial clients
- Determining information architecture and creating sitemaps
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and designs, ideally in Figma
- Working closely with developers and other designers
- Conducting usability testing and making adjustments
Your profile
Qualifications and skills
- You have at least 4 years of relevant working experience
- You are a collaborative, independent and responsible team player
- Your problem-solving always follows problem understanding
- You have experience in design thinking and a user-centric mindset
- You understand interaction design principles
- You are fluent in English
Bonus points for
- Previous experience in planning and conducting user research and competitor analysis
- Previous experience in analysis and interpretation of data and qualitative feedback
- Ability to produce software prototypes in Figma
- German language skills
