Cybus is a young Industrial IoT company based in Hamburg.
We make the interconnected digital economy of the future a reality by making real-world data universally usable within and between organisations.
Manufacturing companies use our unique software solution, the Cybus Connectware, to implement their diverse Smart Factory Use Cases with any machine and any application. Thanks to state-of-the-art data management, they retain full control over their production data as a new digital asset. At the same time, service providers such as machine builders use the software as a secure gateway at their customers, so they can concentrate on their digital applications and services.
I am responsible for everything from Feelgood Management and Human Resources to Backoffice. For ten years I worked as a hotel manager in the upscale hotel and catering industry. At the same time, I studied business psychology and worked for two more years in a well-known, owner-managed advertising agency. I haven’t seen such diverse opportunities as here at Cybus to drive future developments forward. Even though I am not involved in the technical details, in my daily work I am fascinated by the incredible excitement and enthusiasm of our team for our Cybus Connectware product and the enormous opportunities that we, as a young company, open up to established medium-sized companies.
Working student, Business Development
As a working student at Cybus I actively support our entire sales department, from customer acquisition to the creation of new processes and materials. After my practical bachelor thesis in the field of Lean Management, I spent half a year in the USA working in project management. Afterwards I started my Master in Industrial Engineering and Management and in the meantime I spent a semester abroad in Spain.
With Cybus, you are automatically at the cutting edge of industrial IoT and technologies. A great side effect of studying!
Especially attractive is the possibility to constantly get involved and help to build processes instead of just improving them, as is so often the case. The high level of motivation in the team is contagious and leads to many enthusiastic exchanges during the stand-up and in between.
