With today’s diverse manufacturing and climate change, we are challenging how the manufacturing industry can use less resources and energy and produce less waste in the future. Cybus addresses these requirements with its Connectware software product. Cybus Connectware enables efficient and intelligent production processes in factories by connecting different types of machines, consolidating different data sets and providing the data for e.g. visualisation or analysis purposes. In this way, OT (Operational Technology) and IT are connected, enabling factories to act intelligently and resource-consciously.

About the role

Position and tasks

As a (Senior) Enterprise Account Executive you contribute significantly to Cybus’ revenue growth by acquiring new industrial customers and taking responsibility for the sales cycle in close cooperation with our Head of Sales and Sales Development.

  • You manage your sales pipeline through all stages of the sales process: prospecting target accounts, contacting, needs analysis, product demonstrations, negotiation and closing.
  • You build a “trusted advisor” relationship to understand the individual needs of a (potential) customer in order to subsequently communicate our value proposition
  • You will represent Cybus in meetings with prestigious clients and be the first and most important contact person for all commercial enquiries
  • You confidently work with and exceed ambitious KPI & quarterly targets
  • You work on both inbound and outbound opportunities

Your profile

Qualifications and skills

  • You already have 3-5 years of sound experience in the sale of B2B software or B2B SaaS solutions with a focus on industrial customers.
  • You communicate professionally and effectively in both German and English (min. C1 level)
  • You are a team player with the ability to work independently towards high goals
  • You are eager to learn, self-motivated and curious, with a high level of resilience
  • You have excellent organisational skills, including prioritisation, scheduling and time management
