In March 2021, Cybus announces a partnership with the Aachen-based company oee.ai! This further extends the Cybus Connectware Edge Applications. The joint offering from Cybus and oee.ai allows customers to realize a lean MES and intelligent OEE in any shop floor and IT environment.
oee.ai offers an advanced technology Manufacturing Execution System (MES) app. This app calculates the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) in a factory based on the shop floor data, and allows to visualize as well as analyze the data.
With the oee.ai’s widget-based dashboards, the data can be displayed in real time on any device. Data analysis is carried out using a set of artificial intelligence algorithms, which provide insights into unknown patterns and suggest improvements. Moreover, by matching the data with production orders, this app allows you to better plan your production, increase production efficiency and improve production control. Ultimately, oee.ai allows you to introduce a modern, so-called nanoMES in your factory. Nano because it is minimal, uncomplicated and needs-oriented.
By combining oee.ai and Cybus Connectware, customers can realize the added value even in the most complex IT environments with highly diversified machine parks, segmented production networks or high availability requirements.
How do oee.ai and Cybus Connectware work together?
On Cybus Connectware, oee.ai is available for plug-&-play without any integration effort. Cybus Customers can access the app directly through Connectware and try out the extended functionalities based on their already connected assets. Alternatively, they can easily add new machines and thus leverage the benefits of oee.ai.
