Energy management, automation and AI projects shape the future of Smart Factory

At Hannover Messe 2024, Cybus showcased its emphasis on continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), ESG-compliant practices, and efficient energy management alongside strong partner networks. Cybus Connectware, the Factory Data Hub facilitating seamless data flow between manufacturing and IT, garnered significant attention due to its updated user interface in software version 1.6. The enhanced system facilitates real-time access to production data and accelerates the configuration workflows.

More than 4,000 exhibitors from mechanical engineering, electrical and digital industries, and the energy sector showcased innovations and solutions for a connected and climate-neutral industry to over 130,000 visitors. Their displays covered everything from digitalization and automation of complex production processes to the use of hydrogen for factory energy supply and software applications for carbon footprint tracking and reduction. These advancements demonstrate the key factors shaping the future of smart factories.

Cybus offered a comprehensive program throughout the five-day trade fair. Attendees could experience a live demonstration of the Factory Data Hub’s updated user interface, which now allows real-time data access and faster workflows to accelerate rollout processes. During live demonstrations, Cybus team showcased Connectware’s direct machine connectivity and on-site data transformation. Visitors also gained valuable insights from success stories in the automotive and metalworking industries to inspire their own digitalization projects.

Developed on the basis of extensive customer feedback, it promises intuitive operation and enables users to work even more effectively with Connectware. Refreshments and networking to wrap up the day at the fair

Our Gin & Tonic networking event has become an essential part of Hannover Messe. On the evening of April 23, the rich network of partners and customers of Cybus gathered to wrap up their experiences from Hannover Messe and discuss critical questions and challenges regarding industrial transformation. The event highlighted the significant relevance of energy management, edge-to-cloud architectures, and ecosystems on vendors and factory operators across various industries.
